Tire shops sell and install new tires, patch punctures, balance wheels and, at most locations, align the suspension. Prices are quoted per tire plus mounting, balancing, valve stems and a state disposal fee for the old set; many shops price-match and include free rotation and flat repair for the life of the tire. Used tire shops sell inspected take-offs for a fraction of the price of new ones, useful for an older car or a single replacement, but check the tread depth (4/32 inch or more) and the DOT date code, since rubber ages even on the shelf. Mobile tire services come to your driveway or the roadside, commercial shops handle semi, trailer, farm and off-road tires, and wheel shops repair and refinish bent or curb-scraped rims.

Vancouver is in Washington, in the Pacific Northwest, where winters are mild and wet, summers are dry and pleasant, and outdoor recreation drives a lot of local business; hours change little through the year. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Vancouver follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I came in today to have my battery tested by Jim. The battery tested bad and I had it replaced. I appreciate the service Jim provided and the convenience of online scheduling. This was the first time I came to this Les Schwab and I was very impressed by the facility and it's staff. I plan on coming back for my brake service.

I came in for an Uber inspection on a new vehicle that I had just purchased. I set an appointment 3 days before. When I arrived I was told they don't do Uber inspections right now becuase there certified guy is not there anymore. Uber does not require any special certification. It has a list of items to check like seat belts, lights etc. Brake pads and tire tread are only real mechanical items checked. Any mechanic is allowed to fill out the paper and inspection takes 5 minutes. I asked why I was not notified via system that sent me text reminders and was told system is out of date. Were is the person that can see the appointment and the reason I booked the appointment and could of called my phone which was also input into the appointment. I drove 12 miles to this location so I was a little annoyed. Also on previous visit for the same thing the year before I set an appointment a week ahead of time but still sat in the lobby for almost 2 hours till inspection was done. I love the location near me house but unfortuneatly they dont do inspections. This was very poor customer service from a place that is usually tops in this area.

One more time I have learned that the customer experience is not the number one priority in our local businesses. I had a very poor experience, reached out to the manager, and to no avail of trying to keep this customer that’s been using the company for decades, nor worried at all of the unpleasant and Poor way that I was treated. Any kind of Goodwill gesture would have been welcomed. Apparently my business is not important enough. Good thing we have lots of other choices.

I have long been an enthusiastic fan of Les Schwab tires. The service is always gracious and professional. But on this occasion, it was really exceptional. The first day I came in because my tire pressure alert had gone off, I was promptly greeted, and the service tech immediately checked my tires and filled the right rear, which was low. The alert went off, but he told me to bring the vehicle back if it went on again. It did that two days later, so I made an appointment and brought the vehicle in. It was quickly found that there was a nail lodged sideways in the tread and your employee Ned fixed the tire very carefully for me. He explained the technique that he used to do it and said it was unlikely that the tire would give me any more trouble. It was clear that he had taken great care to do the job thoroughly, as well as quickly. I was extremely impressed! And as always, the work was done for no charge! Hooray again for Les Schwab tires!

I have been a customer at Les Schwab for years. I have had many positive experiences but, my most recent was not. I had my vehicles towed there (AAA for the win!, great service) and it was put in the back garage. This was Saturday. It’s an older truck so parts may be hard to get, luckily they got them. Come Tuesday I receive a call to figure out the finances and once that was squared away they started the work. Come 3:30 I’m told the vehicle is done but it won’t be able to move bc there isn’t any gas. I show up with a gas can, try and start the truck and it clicking so clearly the battery is dead which was not the case when I brought it there. Luckily there was ONE nice guy working that helped me jump it. My biggest issue was when I go to my car to put the gas in I noticed the passenger window was rolled all the way down!!!! I took most of the stuff out of the vehicle when I dropped it off but that is not okay!! I will still be a Les Schwab customer but I’m confident it will not be at this location.
